Pseudo-Horse Related: New Dog!

Visiting my parents in June
It's a girl!

We didn't get into fostering Huskies to adopt one, we just really enjoy fostering, but our eighth foster inserted herself into our lives so perfectly, we couldn't help but adopt her.  Meet Bitsy!  She's a six year old, tiny little 28lb Husky mix that was found wandering the streets of Evansville, Indiana, severely underweight and suffering from pneumonia.  We've been fostering her since June, but just now decided to (temporarily) get out of the fostering business and keep her.  With any luck, she'll someday be a good barn dog: she adores me and can't bear to be away from me, and has a great recall, meaning she can be off-leash, unlike most purebred Huskies.

On the Connor front, today's ride was identical to yesterday's, minus my trainer being there.  I love Indiana in the fall.

Have a good week, everyone!
