But I think it'll still be valuable from a curiosity and learning perspective, so I think I'll take some videos and do this post next week.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04292565760924146966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8846330497859393721.post-58385617121954783152020-12-03T09:02:16.687-05:002020-12-03T09:02:16.687-05:00Yeah, I hear you. The 30 min/week classes I've been doing are INTENSE - breaks are just a couple of breaths long, equipment changes are minimal, but you get a lot out of it. In contrast, my studio classes with my Pilates instructor are 50 minutes long and are much slower with an emphasis on working hard but more learning the correct way to do things. At that pace, 30 minutes would be worthless. So the shorter workouts are good if they're well-planned.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04292565760924146966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8846330497859393721.post-83119535092896592792020-12-03T09:00:38.332-05:002020-12-03T09:00:38.332-05:00Definitely, if we can just find a way to keep this...Definitely, if we can just find a way to keep this momentum when we get home, 2021 should be a huge period of growth.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04292565760924146966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8846330497859393721.post-10121199722614054702020-11-30T09:37:07.980-05:002020-11-30T09:37:07.980-05:00I'm curious about the exercises that have bene...I'm curious about the exercises that have benefitted you the most. Would love a post with gifs if you're able. I am absolutely fascinated by biomechanics improvements in riders and how they influence horses lately. I know it's something unique to each of us/our bodies, but I always seem to learn new things from others.Liz Stouthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18267806576736655184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8846330497859393721.post-27044470324701475252020-11-25T15:05:04.592-05:002020-11-25T15:05:04.592-05:00Oooo! I want/need to get back to working out in any shape or form, but have been having a hard time getting started. I, too, can get up a little early and work out for 30 min 5 days a week. I'm pretty uneducated about dressage, but even I can see the differences!!
