Connected Canter -> Connected Trot

I had the day off today (thanks, veterans!) and rode Connor in the indoor this morning.

We got a pristine connected canter to connected trot downward transition for the first time ever.

I am over the moon about it!  And that's pretty much all I've got.  Except for this picture of SNOW?!  What on earth, Indiana?  It was too warm for me to wear a sweatshirt while doing stalls yesterday!

Snow.  And last night's all-night rain on the ground.
Snow COLLECTING on the roof of the indoor, as seen from the bathroom/storage loft. Gah.

Someone missed breakfast due to the ride, and got to eat in the wash rack wearing a cooler.  Before getting turned out in the snow.  HA!
