And the road a-winding goes...

Imma let L Williams handle this one, since she will do it more justice than my jet-lagged self will (I'm writing this from SFO, waiting on my first flight to board), and since she has most of the pictures of my visit and her tour of the Bay Area horse world last night.  I'm happy to report that she's every bit as kickass in real life as you'd expect her to be, and that she is not a psycho Internet stalker - I know you were all wondering!

I am still reeling from this incredibly surreal trip: my first time in California, mostly-but-not-entirely succeeding at using public transportation, and visiting the campus of the #1 social networking site in the world (avoiding using proper names, but that should give it away...).  The interview went really well, so maybe I'll be out here permanently soon!

Getting down with my only-slightly-self-conscious-about-being-a-tourist self.

XC course at Woodside yesterday.  I can just see Connor out there!
