Feet

A lot of Bloggers do regular foot documentation.  I never have, but his feet are so clean in the snow, I figured now was a good time to do one.  He's about 3 weeks post-trim here, right in the middle of his trimming cycle.

Left hind:

His angles are not that upright, he was standing parked out like a weirdo.

And finally, ALL THE FEATHERS!

He's got such great sturdy feet! And I can't get over his furry little stubby legs! Gah! Too cute!

So fuzzy!! You might wanna start practicing shaving those feathers way before show season. I hear there's an art to shaving feathered breeds so it doesn't look like a hack job.

too late to start a SAVE THE FEATHERS campaign??

I'm letting him keep them in winter, but I'm really leaning toward shaving them for shows. I've always been against it, Welsh Cob power and all that, but Naomi really wants me to and it is definitely more socially acceptable at shows.

I have a tip on trimming feathers that makes them look tidy without having the "shaved" look. I'm actually working on it with Paddy right now! PM me if interested...

I can't even make it to his feet, my eyes are stuck on the hairyness going "hehehehehe fuzzy pony". Too cute.
