I picked today since it was after our weekend away, and so that I would have an entire weekend to keep an eye on him when he first comes home. Not that I'm worried about him - I think he'll be a good boy - but it will be a good excuse for me to get a long list of facility chores done that I've been slacking on while I keep an eye on him all weekend.

He was weaned shortly after the Welsh show, and has been hanging out with his baby buddies and one older babysitter mare ever since. I don't think he even noticed being weaned, he's been so independent from his mom from the moment he hit the ground.
So as far as the blog is concerned, next week begins my adventure as a baby horse owner! Ahhhhhh! Have a good weekend everyone!
