Me too! He's so deadpan, I don't think it's meant to be funny, but it's hilarious. Connor would benefit from his methods for sure.

Walter and his owner/trainer are awesome, love it!! In all seriousness though, I'm starting to think a lot of this might be picking the appropriate horse. I've done nothing different with Bridget than Ginger, but Bridget pretty much is Walter, where Ginger is...not, even with more and better training/world exposure. And I'm OK with that :)

Oh for sure, I absolutely agree. They are individuals with different personalities and he won't be able to turn every horse into a kayak-dragging champion. But it's still fun to watch!

Walter is amazing. Four years old and knows so much! Sold for 50k too. I also feel like an underachiever.

I really love that when he has the horse lay down it goes in for snacks. These are all super impressive if also somewhat hilarious. I don't think I could get Val to be ok with any of those things except laying down to be closer to snacks.
